Help Center: How to Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password for the Gifgor portal, you can easily reset it using one of two methods: via email or OTP (One-Time Password). Follow these steps to regain access to your account:

Step 1: Open the Login Page

• Access the Portal: Visit the Gifgor home page and navigate to the login page.
• Click on “Forgot Password”: On the login screen, locate and select the “Forgot Password” option.

Step 2: Reset Password via Email

• Fill in Your Email Address: Enter the email address associated with your Gifgor account.
• Request Password Reset Link: Click on the “Email Password Reset Link” button.
• Check Your Email: A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
• Reset Your Password: Open the email, click on the link, and follow the instructions to set a new password.

Step 3: Reset Password via OTP

1. Choose OTP Option: On the “Forgot Password” page, select the “Reset via OTP” option.

1. Enter Your Registered Mobile Number: Provide the mobile number linked to your Gifgor account.
2. Generate OTP: Click on “Generate OTP” to receive a one-time password on your mobile.

1. Validate OTP: Enter the received OTP in the designated field and click “Validate.”

1. Set a New Password: Once validated, create a new password by filling in the “New Password” field.
2. Confirm Reset: Click on the “Reset” button to save your new password.

Additional Tips

• Email Not Received: Check your spam or junk folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.
• Incorrect OTP: Ensure you enter the OTP correctly and within the time limit. If it expires, request a new one.
• Strong Password: Choose a password with a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters to enhance security.
