4. “Graphics” includes all logos, graphs, charts, buttons, and other graphical elements on the website, with the exception of advertising banners.

(a) Rules for Organizations Employers, Out Sourcing Service Providers, Career Enhancement Service providers, Consultants & Job Seekers & Other Organizations Displaying or Advertising or Using the Website.
gifgor.com hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the website only for display of the contents relating to your personal information for the purpose of seeking opportunities or your business processes. Your use of the Site is a privilege, gifgor.com, reserves the right to suspend or terminate that privilege for any reason at any time, in its sole discretion. gifgor.com reserves the right to delete or amend data whichever is forum to be objectionable as per business ethics or of any major concern.

For job seekers, gifgor.com does not guarantee any job opportunity or improvement in skill and job seekers agree to use the site on their sole wish. Job seekers shall be responsible for all activities with the employers/ advertisers/ other activities ofgifgor.com.
Also, gifgor.com shall not be responsible for any mishap/ miscommunication/ mis-representation/ wrongdoing by any employer/ advertiser. gifgor.com is only an integrator of service providers to help job seekers, employers & service providers.
(b) Intellectual Property Rights
The website and all right, contents, title and interest in and to the website is the sole property of gifgor.com (M/s connektt technologies), protected by copyright and international treaties. gifgor.com reserves for itself all other right, title and interest without limitation on the foregoing, you may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute the Content, or use it in any other way for public or commercial purpose.
This includes copying or adapting the HTML code or other languages and codes used to generate Web pages on the Site “www.gifgor.com,” the www.gifgor.com design logo and certain other names or logos are service marks or trademarks of gifgor.com, and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the service marks or trademarks of gifgor.com.

(d) Responsibility Allocation.
gifgor.com assumes no responsibility for documents posted by Users and no responsibility for the activities, omissions or other conduct of users gifgor.com acts as a portal for the online distribution and publication of user submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring documents posted by Users.
If notified by a User of a document which allegedly does not conform to this agreement, gifgor.com may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such document gifgor.com has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. gifgor.com may take any action with respect to User submitted information that it deems necessary or appropriate, in its sole discretion.
The subscriber shall be assigned a password (s) by gifgor.com to enable the subscriber to access all the information received through gifgor.com , but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and gifgor.com shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. gifgor.com undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber.
Even though you may have marked your profile as invisible/ unsearchable, on viewing
a gifgor.com Recruiter profile when you are logged into your gifgor.com account,
a snapshot/ system generated profile may be made visible to the recruiter/ employer.
Although gifgor.com will make all possible efforts to adhere to these privacy settings, it will not be responsible for a resume being seen by a blocked user for any reason. For best privacy settings it is recommended that you do not allow your resume to be searched at all either by manpower consultants or the employer and completely hide your profile.
The user represents that he/she is not a minor and is not under any legal or other disability which limits his/her ability to comply with these Terms or to install and use the services subscribed and purchased with minimal risk of harm to you or others. You further represent that you are not purchasing the products/services for resale to others and will not do so without gifgor.com permission and written consent to do so.
All changes / modifications made by the user to the data / information shall be effected and will come into operation only after 24-48 hours of such changes after the modifications are being made. However incase of any technical up gradation or during maintenance time it may take little longer to be effective on the website and visible to users.
5. UPON REGISTRATION YOU AGREE TO :
a) Use the process flow of gifgor.com and fill all desired data and also make your resume searchable to clients of gifgor.com as per the format , who subscribes to the database access. You may be contacted by subscribers of database via Mobile App, email, telephone etc. If you wish to modify this setting and make yourself non-searchable, you may reset this in the Privacy Setting section of your resume. We recommend that you read the privacy settings carefully and gifgor.com will not be held responsible for contacts/mails received by you, if not correctly opted out.
b) Receive job alerts (mails detailing jobs that match your profile as entered on gifgor.com) via mobile app/ email. You may remove yourself from the job alert email/ notification database by resetting this option in the Privacy Setting section of your resume.
c) Receive promotional mailers/ special offers. You may remove yourself from the promotional mailer email database by resetting this option on the Privacy Setting section of your resume.
The user agreement between a user/subscriber and gifgor.com will be treated as having been terminated in the following events:
(i) On completion of the term for which the user/subscriber engages the services of the website; or
(ii) In case the user/subscriber violates any of the conditions of this agreement or any other agreement entered into by him withgifgor.com , however, such termination will be at the option and discretion ofgifgor.com ; or
(iii) On writing and on such terms as agreed to by the parties mutually.
The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website for any purpose.
gifgor.com would not be held liable for loss of any personal information/ data/ technical information or otherwise, and particulars supplied by subscribers due to reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or hacking of data by cyber criminals or terrorists.
gifgor.com will also not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond gifgor.com reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities including global pandemics.
It shall be the sole prerogative and responsibility of the individual to check the authenticity of all or any response received pursuant to the information/ resume being displayed by gifgor.com for going out of station or in station for any job / interview and gifgor.com assumes no responsibility in respect thereof.
6. NO ENDORSEMENT BY WWW.GIFGOR.COM
Nothing on the Site shall be considered an endorsement, representation or warranty with respect to any Employer/ Job Seeker/ Advertiser/User or third party, whether in regards to its web site, products, services, practices, or otherwise.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS BY WWW.GIFGOR.COM
gifgor.com is not an employment agency or a recruiting firm, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Site in meeting the employment objectives of users. gifgor.com does not guarantee that documents posted by Users will result in skills or competence of candidates and is not responsible for any decisions of use, for whatever reason made, by any user. Also gifgor.com does not guarantee or commit any business volume/revenue for any advertiser/ user.
a. gifgor.com offers no guarantee or warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume / insertion or information/data is fed by the user or there will be any benefit to the user.
b. The users shall be solely responsible for their mutual interaction for any specific purpose after getting connected thought site and gifgor.com has no role or can not be held responsible in any manner for any wrong doings or not-meeting any commitment by any of it’s users/ advertisers.
c. gifgor.com neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization which downloads the resume/ insertion or information/data and uses it to contact the user.
d. gifgor.com would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, or of the resume/ insertion or information/data or particulars supplied by user due to acts of god as well as reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any cause(s) or conditions that are beyond gifgor.com reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, cyber criminals, distributed denial of service attacks, virus attacks, war, earthquake, fire hazard, flood and other natural calamities and pandemics.
8. OTHER GENERAL RULES
You represent, warrant and agree that you will not use (or plan, encourage or help others to use) the website for any purpose or in any manner that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the website complies with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.
e. It shall be sole prerogative and responsibility of the user to check the authenticity of all or any response received pursuant to the resume/ insertion or information/data being fed into the network system of gifgor.com by the user, for going out of station or in station for any job or interview in response to the call received from any employer/ user. gifgor.com assumes no responsibility in respect thereof and expressly disclaims any liability for any act, deed or thing which the user may so do, pursuant to the receipt of the response, if any, to the resume/ insertion or information/ date being fed into the network system ofgifgor.com.
f. Uploading of multiple resumes beyond a reasonable limit by the same individual, using the same or different accounts shall entitle gifgor.com to remove the Resumes without notice to the subscriber. This service is only meant for candidates looking for suitable jobs in their respective verticals or functional domains. Any usage with commercial intent is prohibited.
g. gifgor.com has the right to make all such modifications/editing of resume in order to fit resume in its database and newly introduced changes with passage of time also due to change in technlogies. It shall be the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that it uses the privacy setting options as it deems fit to debar / refuse access of the data fed by it, to such corporate entities individuals or consultants. gifgor.com shall not be responsible for such insertions / data being accessed by its subscribers or users whose access has not been specifically blocked /debarred by the user while using the privacy settings.
h. The payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. The amount paid entitles the subscriber alone to the service by gifgor.com for a period of subscription opted for from the date of up-linking of the resume on the website gifgor.com or such other mirror or parallel site(s) asgifgor.com may deem fit and proper but such web host shall be without any extra cost to the subscriber user.
i. The payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. The amount paid entitles the subscriber alone to the service by gifgor.com for a period of subscription opted for from the date of sending the first job post/ mobile app/ email/ SMS. gifgor.com uses an automated algorithm to match jobs against the keywords/attributes present in the profile submitted by the user as per the format, and hence offers no guarantee nor warranties that the jobs sent in the job post/ email/ SMS will be relevant to the profile.
j. gifgor.com neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials of the prospective employer/organization whose details are sent in the Job posts or SMS. By opting for this service you are agreeing to receive details of Jobs from gifgor.com, on your mobile app, till the tenure of the service.
k. gifgor.com will try its best to and deliver all job posts sent, however, it does not take any responsibility for job posts not delivered (which may be on account of phones being out of order, operator network problems, SIM not being used anymore etcetera). It does take the responsibility of the SMSs leaving its vendor SMS gateway.
l. gifgor.com will not be responsible in any way for failure of any backend technology of Mobile App or SMS applications at the Operators end and resultant inability of a user to receive SMS. gifgor.com reserves the right to regulate number of SMSs sent out to a particular user in a single day.
m. gifgor.com neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials of the prospective employer/organization whose details are sent in the job mail. By opting for this service you are agreeing to receive details of Jobs fromgifgor.com, in your mailbox, for the tenure of the service. Although all attempts will be made by gifgor.com to send all jobs on the specified days, however it does not take any responsibility for job mail not been sent (which may be on account of non-availability of jobs as per the user’s specified criteria).
n. gifgor.com will not be responsible in any way for failure of any backend technology of mail exchange server and resultant inability of a user to receive job mail. gifgor.com reserves the right to regulate number of jobs sent out in the Job mail to
o. The logos and the marks used on www.gifgor.com.com and any downloads are the exclusive property of gifgor.com, which shall retain all rights, title and interest in these trademarks, copyrights, logos and other intellectual property rights.
p. gifgor.com will only provide the platform to the registered users(employers/ advertisers) to send their manpower requirements through the communication channel(mobile app, email, SMS etc but shall not be responsible for the authenticity or otherwise for such posting.

9. APPLICATION BY NON-REGISTERED USERS
The user undertakes that the data/information being provided by him/her in the resume is true and correct in all respects. gifgor.com does not share personally identifiable data of any individual with other companies/ entities without obtaining permission. gifgor.com may share all such information that it has in its possession for its own purposes including sending promotional mailers, new developments, information and practices on functional domains, training and skill development information, developments in business verticals etc and also in response to legal processes, such as a court order or subpoena.
The user undertakes that he/she will not disseminate false/objectionable/offensive material using these services. This interface shall be exclusively for the purposes of bona fide job applications; usage of the interface in any other fashion is strictly prohibited.
10. DISCLAIMERS & WARRANTY :

11. DAMAGE LIMITATIONS, ALLOCATIONS OF LIABILITY
