Refund Policy

We at www.gifgor.com focus to achieve complete  customer atisfaction.In the event, if you are   displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine, management is convinced that refund may be provided after investigation wherever services are provided by www.gifgor.com only. However, in case of use of services provided by any third party (registered on our platform) www.gifgor.com shall not be responsible for the satisfaction level of users and no refund shall be provided.Accordingly, please read the fine prints of the terms & conditions, privacy policy before taking the services.

  • Cancellation of Services :
    In case of decision by client management to cancel the purchase, 50% of the pre-tax amount will be deducted as administrative charges and returned back, only after www.gifgor.com management is convinced on the reasons cited by the client organisation seeking the refund. Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service. Refund Policy
    1. No fees will be charged from the job seekers/ students to avail services of directly provided by www.gifgor.com. However for all third party services (services provided by third parties through our platform) will be chargeable as per their respective payment plans and www.gifgor.com shall neither be responsible nor claimed for the same.
    2. We will refund the money only in case we fail to provide service to organisations(employers) from our end post our internal investigation. Refund applications are required to be applied for the same via email at contact@gifgor.com
    3. In case monthly plan refund of amount paid can only be claimed within 48 hours of purchase of services by the client organisation, in case not used for hiring purpose and management of www.gifgor.com is convinced on the claim.
    4. No refund will be initiated after the passage of time limit cited above.
    Ungovernable Factors :
    The services available on the platform cannot be guaranteed as the same involves dependency on Governing Authorities related to the said service. This further implies that rejections/ approvals /responses by Govt Authorities or technical issues with Government sites including Government backlogs, third party service etc. are not within the purview of www.gifgor.com. These may lead to unexpected delays before completion of the process and factors like these are outside our control hence not eligible for refund.
    Force Majeure :
    www.gifgor.com will not be considered responsible if there is a breach of any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, hacking, on-line fraud, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
    Refund Request Process:
  •  Clients must submit a written refund request detailing the specific reason for the request, with valid reason of not being satisfied and not used the portal for closure of any position.
  •  Refund requests should be sent to contact@gifgor.com
  •  Approved refunds from pre-tax amount will be processed(after deducting 50% administrative cost) if claimed within 48 hrs the original payment time, if not used the portal for closure of position.
  •  In case the portal is used by the client, www.gifgor management reserves the right to deduct the amount, as it deem fit.
    Note:
  •  Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from client actions, third-party interference order/judgment not in favor of the client, closure of Court, and other mentioned force majeure events.
  • The company reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria.This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the refund policy periodically for any updates.
